I try to avoid DW spoilers but my dash is full of them and Idk the blacklist is enable but my hand keep on sliding and click the thing!! then I cry…
(I like the feeling of surprise, youknow when watching the episodes for the 1st time, and so I didn’t watch from “Hide” - i wanna accumulate them beforehand, then watch in a row.)

Re: "doodle" of Doctor and River. That was just lovely! Thanks very much for posting it. I think you've perfectly captured that part of their relationship we don't get to see. A simple sketch but we immediately see who it is. And you've brilliantly rendered River's hair!! That, no doubt, was the hardest part!! ;) You have a gift that's quite obvious to me. and if you sleep hugging a stuffed plushie and roll over a lot take my word for it and don’t sleep with it because last night I was hugging this dalek and was perfectly asleep and happy and I rolled over and I rolled too much and the dalek got squished and yelled “EXTERMINATE! That impatient and annoyed Doctor who couldn’t take River’s direction in Time of Angels has somehow naturally emulated her in The Angels Take Manhattan. And it was done so naturally in fact, that he doesn’t even notice how out of place his actions are. Amy has to point them out for him with her incredulous, “Since When?”

Because the Doctor always runs out without much thought or care about how he looks or who he might encounter. He’s a Timelord, with a TARDIS, and he’s a proper genius with a knack of being able to handle it all - but River Song brings out another side of him - one that isn’t conformed with being standard, this one fixes his bow-tie, checks his hair, changes into his suits… When River’s around the Doctor makes sure he’s the best version of himself.

And that is what the greatest relationships do, they don’t make us better, we do that ourselves, because they inspire it, and River does that to him.

So the oncoming storm stops to prim and straighten for an archaeologist. c:
